What is pay-now and screen later?

We understand that your health screening benefits may be expiring soon, and with work or family commitments, it can be hard to find time before year-end.

We’re here to make it easy —

Step 1: Simply select a screening appointment in 2027

Step 2: Make your payment online and receive your official receipt instantly via email. The date on the receipt will indicate the date you made payment.

Step 3: You may then use the receipt to submit your claim before your company’s deadline.

Finish: You can then proceed to complete your screening at your convenience in 2027. This will also help you avoid the year-end crowd ensuring a pleasant experience.

I need the receipt to submit for claim purposes before the end of the year. When will I receive it?

You will receive your official receipt instantly via email after online payment. This lets you submit your claim before your company’s deadline — even if your screening is scheduled for 2027.

When must I complete my screening by?

You may complete your health screening anytime before 30th June 2027.

I have booked a screening date but may need to reschedule?

You can reschedule your screening by contacting the medical centre directly, as long as your new date is before 30th June 2027.

Please note that appointment slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is the health screening refundable?

Health Screening packages are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your appointment to another available date before 30th June 2027.

Can I bring forward my screening appointment to 2026?

You are strongly encouraged to keep to your scheduled appointment in 2027, as the purpose of the Pay Now, Screen Later option is to allow flexibility to complete your screening next year.

Where is your medical centre located?

ORCHARD – We are located at 390 Orchard Road, Palais Renaissance, #11-03/04, S238871.
It is located opposite Forum shopping mall or next to the Thailand Embassy.

How long will my appointment take?

Depending on your selected package, your screening may take between 1 to 3 hours.

Can I receive a time chit for my screening appointment?

Yes, a time chit can be provided for your screening appointment.

Can I go for executive health screening if I am pregnant?

It is not recommended to undergo executive health screening if you are pregnant.
