Lungs, heart, airways, bones
Detects for abnormalities found in the heart, lungs, blood vessels, airways, the bones of the chest and spine.
Mammogram
A test that helps to identify abnormalities such as lumps or suspicious masses in the breast tissue as well as early signs of breast cancer.
Pap Smear
A test that checks for early signs of cervical cancer by examining cells from the cervix.
Treadmill
An exercise stress test that assesses the response of your heart to the increased workload and demand for blood during exercise.

Checks the rhythm of your heart and its electrical activity. A useful test for people with a history of cardiac risk factors (hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes).

Eyes, inter-ocular pressure
A quick scan that checks the intra-ocular pressure of your eyes to see if you are at a risk of glaucoma, the number one leading cause of blindness. Glaucoma is a disease that damages your eye nerves over time, resulting in a loss of vision. Early screening would help to protect your eyesight and slow down the process of vision loss.

Pre-Screening Preparation
IMPORTANT: Please follow the instructions below as this will help us ensure that you complete your procedure(s) in a timely manner.
Tonometry/Digital Retina Imaging
- Bring along your spectacles (if applicable)
- Remove your contact lenses 30 minutes before the test
Spirometry
- Do not smoke 1 hour before the test
- If you are on inhalers, please call our medical centre one day prior to your appointment to check if any further preparation is needed
- Wear comfortable, loose clothes that do not restrict the movement of your ches
Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Wear a 2-piece outfit as electrodes will be placed on your chest
- Shave chest hair (if any)
Treadmill
- Avoid caffeinated food and drinks on the day of your test
- Bring along your sports attire and running shoes for the test
- You are encouraged to bring a spare set of clothes to change into after the test, there are no shower facilities available but body wipes can be provided upon request
- Please inform our doctor in advance if you have any known heart conditions or are on any heart or blood pressure medications
- Bring along your latest medical records if available as you may need a medical review before being allowed to perform this test
- Please call our medical centre in advance to check for the availability of this test
Ultrasound
- Please bring your previous scan results from other healthcare institutions if available
Abdominal/Liver (Hepatobiliary)
- Fast for at least 8 hours
- Avoid smoking at least 2 hours before your scan
Prostate/Pelvis
- Drink 5 to 6 glasses of water 1 hour before your scan
- Avoid urination
Chest X-Ray
- If you are pregnant, please avoid this test
- Please inform us if you had a chest X-ray in the preceding 6 months
Mammogram
- If you are pregnant, please avoid this test
- Examination should be done at least 1 week after your menstruation
- Avoid perfumes, powders, deodorants and creams on your chest or underarm areas
- Wear a comfortable 2-piece outfit
- Gowns are available upon request
- A mammogram is recommended for ladies 40 years and above
Pap Smear (Thin Prep)
- To be done at least 5 days after your menstruation
- Avoid sexual intercourse, use of creams, medication, spermicides or tampons 2 days prior to your appointment
- If you are only comfortable with female staff performing your test, please inform us in advance before coming for your appointment (subject to availability)

Our medical centre is located at 390 Orchard Road, Palais Renaissance, #11-03/04, Singapore 238871.
We are positioned next to the Royal Thai Embassy and directly across from Forum The Shopping Mall.
How long will my test/scan take?
The duration of your selected test or scan varies depending on the type and complexity. Typically, each scan would take around 15-30 minutes excluding waiting time.
What do I have to bring for my appointment?
To ensure a smooth appointment, please bring the following items:
- NRIC, FIN or Passport
- Patient Voucher (if applicable)
- Recent medical reports or images of X-rays/scans (if applicable)
- Referral letter (if applicable)
These documents will help us provide you with the best possible care during your visit.
When will I receive my results?
You can expect to receive a full report within 7-10 working days.
