Is the price cheaper for 3 pax or more? Also, how do I register?
Yes, we offer bundle pricing for three or more participants. You may book your appointment here, and we will contact you via email to request details of additional participants.

How do I make payment?
Payment will be collected upon confirmation of your appointment via PayNow or bank transfer. An e-receipt will be emailed on the day of your health screening appointment.
How do I schedule an appointment?

Can I change/cancel my appointment after confirmation?
Yes, you can.
Rescheduling: Any rescheduling must be requested 3 working days before your screening date to avoid incurring a late rescheduling charge of $48 (Inclusive GST). Please email homebase@hop.sg to reschedule.
Rescheduling Due to Illness: If you are unwell, you may request to reschedule your appointment. A valid Medical Certificate (MC) must be provided to waive any additional charges. Otherwise, a rescheduling fee of $48 (inclusive of GST) will apply. If you choose to cancel your appointment, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 3 working days before your scheduled screening date will be eligible for an 80% refund of the total payment.
Cancellations made within 3 working days of the scheduled screening date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.

How do I prepare for my screening?
Preparation for Your Screening
Fasting is not required for this screening. You are encouraged to stay well hydrated, as a urine sample will be collected during your appointment.
If you have diabetes, please do not take your anti-diabetic medication on the morning of the screening.
If you are on prescribed medication, continue taking it as directed by your doctor.
If you are unwell or have a fever, we recommend postponing your screening.
What if I am unable to submit my Urine / Stool Sample?
Urine samples will be collected on the day of the appointment. If collection cannot be completed on the same day, the sample must be dropped off at

How long will the whole process take?
It typically takes approximately 20 minutes per participant, including biometric measurements, blood, urine, and (where applicable) stool collection.
Are there any additional charges for Sentosa and Jurong Island?
Yes, there will be a surcharge of $30 before GST
When and how will I receive my results?
A full report will typically be available within 7 working days. We will send you an email notification when ready. You may then login to retrieve your results.
How can I arrange for a health screening review?
Your health screening includes complimentary post screening review. Request a Tele-consult or Face-to- face appointment at www.hop.sg/doctor-consult after receiving your result.
