Preparation for ART
Here are the steps to organize your ART:
- Confirm our service with a deposit of $250.
- Prepare a copy of the venue floorplan, as well as the expected attendance, date and time of the wedding or event.
A service representative will be in touch to plan the details with you. - HOP will arrive at your wedding venue 1 hour prior to your first guest arrival to set up Antigen Rapid Test (ART) station.
- Guests to receive results within 15 to 30 mins via SMS.

What is Antigen Rapid Test (ART)?
The Antigen Rapid Test (ART) is a pre-event COVID-19 test that is required for guests attending your wedding or event.
How soon are the results for Antigen Rapid Test (ART) ready?
All results will be readily available within 15 to 30mins via SMS.
How long is the Antigen Rapid Test (ART) result valid for?
The validity of the COVID-19 test result is 24 hours from the time you register in-person at the testing premise and must be valid till the end of the event.
How long is the set-up time required for an onsite Antigen Rapid Test (ART)?
We will conduct the set-up 1 hour prior to your first guest arrival. Please ensure to provide us with your layout plan beforehand.
Is Antigen Rapid Test (ART) needed for children at weddings?
Guests of all age groups are required to take the Antigen Rapid Test (ART).
Do vaccinated individuals have to go for the Antigen Rapid Test (ART)?
Guests whom have successfully completed their COVID-19 vaccination in Singapore at least 14 days from the date of their last required dose will be exempted from the ART.
What happens if a guest tests positive with the Antigen Rapid Test (ART)?
A complimentary PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test will be conducted for guest on the spot. They will be advised to take a private transport home and self-isolate until the results are out (typically within 24-48hrs). Family members of the guest may not need to leave the venue if they have a negative Antigen Rapid Test (ART) result.
Are there any other charges for wedding or event Antigen Rapid Test (ART)?
All charges are on a per pax basis and includes application to MOH for approval, event set up and tear down, consumables, test kits, safety equipment and manpower.
Can the same ART Result Notice be used for entry across multiple events, businesses, activities or Pre-Departure COVID-19 testing?
The same ART Test Result Notice can be used for entry to multiple events,
businesses, or activities, as long as your participation or attendance is within the period of validity.
However, you cannot use the Antigen Rapid Test (ART) for Pre-Departure COVID-19 testing. (if you require this, please click here)
