Where is the screening conducted?
The screening will be conducted at HOP Medical Centre.
There are two locations, please select your preferred location.
ORCHARD: 390 Orchard Road, Palais Renaissance, #11-03/04, S238871.
TAMPINES: 1 Tampines Central 5, CPF Building, #07-04/05, S529508
What should i bring?
Please bring along your spectacles or contact lenses if you have any visual disorder such as short sightedness.
Please bring along your Passport and NRIC/FIN card
How long will the screening take?
The screening will take approximately 30 mins.
How will i receive my report?
Your medical report will be emailed to you in 7 to 10 working days via email.
What if there are issues picked up during my eye screening?
You will be notified in your report and you can also have an optometrist consultation after the results are out.
If you are required to visit a specialist, we will notify you and assist you with a referral letter and appointment booking.
