Is there any cost involved?
No, there is no cost involved to undergo a post screening review unless you have opted to review in-clinic for “Scan results only” which is $30 before GST.
How many times can I review?
You are entitled to 1 complimentary review per health screening. Additional charges may apply for multiple reviews.
When must I review my health screening results by?
Please review your results within 6 months of your health screening.
Can I opt for both teleconsult and face-to-face?
No, you may only choose either Tele-consult or face-to-face.
Can I also review together with my other/past health screening results?
The complimentary review is applicable only for health screening provided by HOP. Additional charges may apply for review of health screening results provided by other medical providers.
How long does a review usually take?
Typically, 10-20 mins. Additional charges may apply for long consultations (> 20 mins).

What is the WhiteCoat App?
WhiteCoat is a digital healthcare provider offering telemedicine video consultations via an on-demand mobile platform known as the WhiteCoat App. Such services are provided in a regulatory sandbox with the Ministry of Health of Singapore. How long does my results take to be uploaded to the WhiteCoat App?
Upon request, it typically takes up to 3 to 5 working days. You will be notified via email and app notification when results are uploaded. In the meantime, please remember to download and sign up and account on the WhiteCoat App to minimize delays.
Must I schedule an appointment for teleconsultation?
No, teleconsultation is available On-Demand daily (including Public Holidays) from 8AM to 12AM.
What can I expect from my video consultation via the WhiteCoat app?
A video consultation on the WhiteCoat App is conducted real-time between a patient and a doctor who is SMC-registered and licensed to practise medicine in Singapore.
Once you have selected your doctor and joined the queue, feel free to navigate away from the WhiteCoat App to attend to other matters. The WhiteCoat App will notify you when the doctor is available and you may then initiate your video consultation.
The attending WhiteCoat GP may during the teleconsult review, recommend and/ or prescribe chronic medication if deemed medically necessary. Please note that medication and delivery charges are not included as part of the complimentary teleconsult review.
Can WhiteCoat provide referral letters, prescription, medication and / or diagnosis?
Yes, WhiteCoat will be able to provide all of such services.
